(150 Word Minimum)[/color] [color=#ffffff]I am a dedicated, hard working member, that will try and roleplay matters out if possible, but if someone is straight disobeying orders, commands, or just causing problems then I will switch to using staff measures, I am able to deal with tough situations in a respectful manner, and in a firm manner when necessary, I am strict on people following the rules, I am also very understanding and willing to talk about issues and solve problems when needed, and explain what people did wrong and why it upset someone, but if they continue to cause issues, I won't hesitate to use disciplinary actions as needed to prevent people from breaking the rules, and disrupting roleplay and fun on the server. I also like to keep people entertained and enjoying the server, by interacting with them, getting their opinions on what they like, dislike, think needs improvement and so on.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]12. How would you handle someone trolling other users? I would pull them away from everyone else, and explain to them what they are doing and that it is against the rules, and let them know that it is a verbal warning and if they continue face a possible kick, or ban[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]13. What would you do if someone was harassing another player?[/color] I would pull him away from everyone, and speak to him and explain that we don't tolerate harassment and that he needs to treat everyone with respect no matter who they are, and if he continues he will be face punishment. How would you handle having someone in a sit, and all they do is curse at you?  I would continue to explain, and try to get my point across politely, and let him know what he did wrong, and not to do it the future, if necessary, I will mute him, and continue to explain until I am finished, and then unmute him to see if he has calmed down, and if he hasn't then put him in jail for a reasonable amount of time, so he can calm down[/color]
